The largest project in Calgary Stampede history, the Agrium Western Event Centre is an essential part of their vision of a year-round gathering place for agriculture, commerce, education and entertainment. Bridging urban and rural culture, the complex triples the agricultural space on the Park. Local and international visitors alike will enjoy this 150,000 square foot agriculture showcase and competition venue.
Scheduled to be completed by the 10-day Stampede in 2014
The Centre will greet patrons with striking public art installations in the concourse upon completion, scheduled in time for the 10-day Stampede in 2014. The rotunda will extend a welcome with hands-on educational experiences. Moving into the competition arena, exhibit hall and multipurpose space will give you a sense of the importance of agriculture to our heritage. The Main Arena is comprised of 31,250 square feet of clear span space for rodeo and equestrian sports. The riding surface floor can be hard packed for walking traffic, dinners and concerts, or worked to any depth to handle the various needs of each unique equestrian sport. The Main Arena will accommodate concerts, expos, training seminars, private functions and parties.

BMW Dealership

The original Calgary BMW opened in September, 1991 and was located in the Calgary Automall (Glendeer Circle). With the growing popularity of the BMW brand in the market and their evolving customer base, the dealership eventually outgrew its space. Construction began on the new facility, which was located adjacent to Deerfoot Trail. The new site facility occupies an immense 68,000 square feet of space and opened in October, 2007.

Foothills Medical Centre

The Foothills Medical Centre is Alberta's Largest Hospital, and Western Canada's busiest hospital. The Foothills Medical Centre has acute care beds. The facility offers a full-range of adult-focused, inpatient and outpatient services.

Fish Creek Rec Centre

During the early 2000s, Domoslai Designs drafted all components of the South Fish Creek Complex which includes a gymnasium, meeting room, twin arenas, YMCA, and a public library. Domoslai also drafted the expansion of the twin arenas by adding two more arenas in 2010.
The original twin arenas at the South Fish Creek Complex opened to the public in January 2001 and have been providing recreational and educational opportunities to the community at a feverish pace since. One year after the opening of the arenas, they opened their 6000 square foot gymnasium. Through a unique and collaborative effort with one of their Partners, the Calgary Catholic School district, they are able to utilize the Bishop O'Byrne High School gymnasiums when they are not used by the school. This additional gymnasium space allows them to better serve the recreational needs of the community.
The South Fish Creek Recreation Association (SFCRA) offers a complete range of recreational programs to the citizens of Calgary. To date, the community has benefited from a wide variety of structured and unstructured gym and ice programs, home schooling lessons, as well as sports, cooking, language and arts and crafts programs.
Health Research Innovation Centre

The Health Research Innovation Centre (HRIC) is a state-of-the-art medical research centre comprised of two buildings – the Lab building and the Teaching, Research and Wellness building (TRW).
Opening in phases from 2007 till 2009, the HRIC features wet and dry labs, the latest in medical technologies, and outpatient clinics projected to serve 150,000 patients each year.
The buildings are also home to several clinical and research support centres, including the Centre for Advanced Technologies in the Life Sciences, the Colon Cancer Screening Centre, the Calgary Centre for Health Research and the University of Calgary Medical Clinics.
Designed to support multidisciplinary approaches to health, the complex brings together the best minds in medical research, teaching and health care.
The design of the buildings has the ability to offer a number of retail and wellness services to take advantage of the anticipated traffic in the TRW without compromising teaching or research space.
